In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Shape financial strategy by leading FP&A initiatives, ensuring accurate and transparent monthly reporting to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate across departments, working closely with accounting, operations, and revenue teams to facilitate seamless financial operations and enhance understanding of key metrics.
  • Deliver data-driven insights by constructing detailed financial and operational models, conducting scenario analyses, and providing actionable insights to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators by tracking KPIs, identifying trends, and recommending strategies for improvement to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Manage month-end close activities, overseeing reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Oversee revenue recognition for subscription-based and financial streams, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and optimizing cash flow.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, particularly around data privacy and financial reporting standards.
  • Have a minimum of 6  years of experience in finance, consulting, or corporate finance with a strong understanding of financial principles.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools like Looker or Excel, with knowledge of SQL being a plus.
  • Have experience in data management, developing business models, and creating scenario plans, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Display attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency.

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • A finance professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, financial planning, or corporate finance. You possess a strong understanding of financial principles and can navigate complex financial landscapes.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and skilled in utilizing analytical tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a plus, as you’ll be leveraging these tools for reporting and data analysis.
  • Experienced in structuring and managing data sources, developing new business models, and creating scenario plans. You have a keen ability to transform data into strategic insights.
  • An exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. You can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments. You prioritize accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
